  • 50% Deposit is required to place an Order for Gown/s.

  • Stock purchases can be put in Layaway if you choose to

  • All Sales are Final. Deposits are not refundable on any cancellations.

  • Final payment of Gown is cash only, which must be paid in full at 1st fitting otherwise gown can not be altered.

  • Separate Charges for ALL alterations

  • Deposit Balance due at 1st fitting or 30 days after gown has arrived.


  • Payment in full required Via PayPal when purchasing all items online.

  • If you are not satisfied with the gown you have purchased, you have 3 days to ship it back to our salon in its original form which you received it. with no alterations done, wear/tear, or damaged to gown.

  • We highly recommend you get measured at a local salon before you purchase a gown online. Please understand gowns do not run like street clothing. Please Contact Us if you need assistance determining to ensure best fit.

  • No returns or exchanges on all designer jewelry, headpieces, bridal veils, satin gloves, garters, and undergarments.

  • We do not offer alteration services for any online sales.

Consultants cannot give a price on alterations, as it is in the hands of the seamstress. An appointment is required with one of our talented seamstress for a consultation and price. We have all Aimee Michelle clients read a slip helping understand the terms of sale. Returns or exchanges cannot be made. We reserve the right not to process any store credit if the returned gown is in unacceptable condition. Please note, we cannot change the size of your gown after your order is placed. We are able to measure you and help choose your size for bridal attire according to charts furnished by manufacturer, but the final decision is yours.  A signature is required for the responsibility of choosing your size and agreeing it is the size you want your consultant to order for you. Merchandise will not leave the store unless all balances are completed.
